We present libraries of provenance types generated from provenance graphs of 3 different domains. These libraries present type in their full form, as opposed to compact ones. CollabMap (CM) is a database of provenance graphs for evacuation planning generated in a crowd-sourcing platform. We separate CollabMap graphs into buildings (5,175 graphs), routes (4,997 graphs), and route sets (4,710 graphs). The libraries for each dataset can be found in, respectively, cm-buildings, cm-routes, and cm-routesets. The total size of the libraries, which include types of depth 0 to 5 are 129, 783, and 357.
MIMIC is a database of information of patients in critical hospital care. The library of types associated with nodes in 21,892 graphs generated from MIMIC data. There are a total of 4791 different types of depth 0 to 5.
The last set of graphs describing the actions of players on a Pokemón Go simulations in 80 different graphs. There are 97 different provenance types of depth 0 to 5.
Finally, we present a common library for all the datasets combined. Note that the number of provenance types this time, 5917, is less than the sum of sizes of individual libraries.
