Pegasus plus PASOA

We are attempting to integrate Southampton's PASOA provenance architecture into Pegasus to record documentation for determining provenance in both workflow refinement and execution. Full details will be made available here, but for now here's a presentation giving the draft design we are following:

Undesrtanding the above requires knowing the basics of Pegasus and PASOA. Please see Southampton's and USC/ISI's first provenance challenge pages for details of their respective systems.
